Marcia Abboud’s brave and brilliant story had me captivated from the opening pages. I read ‘Every Shitty Thing’ faster than any other book. Marcia cleverly reveals the emotional rollercoaster of her life with unexpected humour and compassion. I found myself laughing and crying, sometimes at the same time. I believe that every woman should read this courageous story. After reading ‘Every Shitty Thing’ I felt empowered. The author shows that no matter what we endure, everything happens for a reason and when we find it in our heart to forgive, there is always hope. I am grateful to Marcia for sharing her intimate feelings and for being brutally honest in this memoir.
